Celebrating Musical Brilliance: Highlights from the MFAA Winter Recital
The MFAA Winter Recital took center stage with a resounding success, boasting nearly 500 participants – our largest number yet. It marked a special time of the year when the dedication and hard work of our students culminated in a spectacular showcase of their talents.
Students poured their hearts into preparations, and the stage came alive with melodies, harmonies, and breathtaking performances. The event was not only a testament to the students’ growth but also a reflection of the unwavering commitment of our dedicated teachers.
Behind the scenes, our teachers worked tirelessly, inspiring and guiding students to reach new heights in their musical journey. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our teachers for their dedication and passion that made the Winter Recital an unforgettable experience.
A special acknowledgment goes to our unsung heroes – the front desk team, volunteers, and everyone working behind the scenes. Their efforts ensured the seamless execution of the event, contributing to its overall success.
We express our sincere thanks to the parents who supported their children and graced the recital with their presence. Your encouragement plays a pivotal role in nurturing the love for music in our young talents.
To our incredible participants, your enthusiasm and commitment added a magical touch to the event. Each performance was a celebration of hard work, dedication, and the joy of making music together.

As we bask in the success of the Winter Recital, our excitement is already building for the upcoming Summer Recital in June. We look forward to creating more musical memories and celebrating the continued growth and achievements of our students.

It's Bring a Friend Week.
It’s Bring a Friend Week once again at Mississauga Fine Arts Academy! Bring your friend to experience playing any instrument and share your love for music during the week of February 12 -18. When someone you refer signs up for lessons, you’ll receive a $25 Gift Card, and your friend will enjoy FREE registration (valued at $25). Both of you will also be automatically entered into our quarterly BIG Prize Draw. You don’t need to be our current student to refer your friend.

We’ll arrange a FREE class for your friend. Alternatively, you can fill out a simple form by clicking HERE and mentioning “Bring a Friend Week”. Festive Bliss: Recalling the Cozy Delight of Pajama Day at MFAA.
In the heart of December, just a week before the anticipated Christmas Break, Mississauga Fine Arts Academy (MFAA) lit up with holiday spirit during its cherished Pajama Day celebration. The hall and waiting area buzzed with excitement as students and faculty ditched their regular outfits for a colorful array of festive sleepwear, ushering in a wave of comfort and camaraderie.
On this special day, the usually bustling hallway of MFAA transformed into a sea of colorful and eclectic pajamas. From classic flannels to whimsical onesies, students and faculty showcased their unique styles and personalities. The event not only provided a break from the regular outfit but also fostered a sense of unity among the MFAA community.
The academy saw a vibrant display of eclectic pajamas, from classic seasonal patterns to whimsical holiday characters. Laughter echoed through the hallway as students showcased their unique styles, adding an extra layer of joy to the day.
Pajama Day at MFAA wasn’t just about the attire; it was a celebration of unity and a prelude to the impending holiday break. With Christmas decorations adorning the school, the event served as a festive countdown, spreading cheer and goodwill throughout the academy.
As the day concluded, it left behind a trail of warm memories. Pajama Day at MFAA not only provided a fun break from the usual routine but also fostered a sense of community and holiday spirit that lingered in the hearts of students and staff alike, creating enduring memories of festive bliss.

Jiyansh P!
We’re thrilled to share that Jiyansh P. has been selected as our Student of the Month for December 2023! Commencing his piano-learning adventure in October 2022, Jiyansh has displayed extraordinary progress. Now, let’s hear from Mr. Ivivca, Jiyansh’s teacher, as he highlights his remarkable achievements:
