Every month we love speaking with our teachers about their talented students, and this month we’ve had our first student get Student of the Month for the SECOND time! We are excited to announce that our January Student of the Month is Fabiana D! A big congratulations to Fabiana on this amazing achievement. This is only the beginning of what is a bright future ahead of you. Fabiana is now 11 years old and has been taking recorder lessons with Ms. Anjula.
We asked Anjula to let us know more about Fabiana, and this is what she told us:
“Fabiana has been working hard on mastering switching between the lower and higher registers on recorder and learning accidentals. She just finished “My Heart Will Go On”, has been working on “Beauty & the Beast”, and we are now adding some of Zamfir’s music to her repertoire. Fabiana is very eager to learn, practices regularly, and is very serious about developing her musical talents.”
Congratulations, Fabiana, on your progress on every instrument you learn, we are so proud of you!
If you would like to find out more about Fabiana and her achievements on violin, please check out our July 2020 newsletter on our website or in your emails!
I think we can all agree that things are a little different this year. But that just means we have to look for new ways to do old activities in newer and more fun ways. What’s not great about that, eh? This year’s winter recital is a prime example of that. One of our proudest achievements at the Mississauga Fine Arts Academy is to be able to provide you with two recitals per year to showcase our students’ talents. We had a pleasure putting together this year’s virtual winter recital. We want to make sure to continue to ensure our Academy is a fun and positive place for all students, families, and friends of the Academy. Here’s the link to our recital in case you missed it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XJpciVc2l8w&list=PLNgTlU2_pPf9RxByNJ-b81SbE-8dlTxL3&ab_channel=MississaugaFineArtsAcademy

Be inspired and celebrate the new school year with music lessons at Mississauga Fine Arts Academy
What is the Musical Ladder Reward System?
At Mississauga Fine Arts Academy, we believe every student benefits from setting and achieving personalized goals. That’s why we use the Musical Ladder System—a unique, motivational program that celebrates students’ progress in music, just like karate belts or swimming levels.
With the Musical Ladder System, each student receives a customized learning plan, and every 3-6 months, they’re tested on their progress and knowledge. As they reach new milestones, we celebrate their achievements with fun rewards, including bracelets and trophies, to recognize their dedication and growth as musicians.
This approach keeps students motivated and inspired, making learning music an exciting journey.
Our goal is to help people in the best way possible. this is a basic principle in every case and cause for success. contact us today for a free consultation.
